Compliance and quality control
Safe imports, right from the start
As the importer you're responsible for EU compliance. We explain what applies and make sure it's done right.

REACH

Our quality process
Checks before, during and after production
- Factory audit before we recommend a supplier
- AQL sampling: a statistical sample is checked against pre-agreed limits
- Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspection
- Lab testing when needed
- Report with photos and video
[Sample report to be added]

Checklist by product type
- Textile fibre labelling (EU 1007/2011)
- REACH – restricted chemicals (e.g. azo dyes)
- GPSR – general product safety
- Care instructions; Swedish text recommended
Information only – not legal advice. Requirements depend on your exact product.
Red flags when sourcing from Asia
- Price far below everyone else
- Supplier only accepts payment to a personal account
- No factory photos or video calls
- Bank details suddenly change by email
- Refuses contracts or samples
We verify business licences, visit factories and always confirm bank details by phone.
