These terms apply when Nordic Ehandel Experten AB (reg. no. 559586-3654), which operates Start Your Brand, provides services to businesses (B2B). We do not sell to consumers. Anything agreed in writing in a quote or service agreement takes precedence over these terms.

We act as your representative towards suppliers: we search, negotiate, follow up and inspect. The purchase contract with the manufacturer is concluded in your name unless otherwise agreed. As importer you are responsible for the product complying with applicable EU and Swedish rules (e.g. CE marking, REACH, product safety). We help you identify the requirements, but this is not legal advice.

Prices are stated excluding VAT. Percentage-based fees are calculated on the order's goods value. Payment is made by invoice with 15 days' terms unless otherwise agreed. Late payment incurs interest under the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635) plus reminder fees and late-payment compensation under the Debt Recovery Costs Act (1981:739).

We are responsible for performing the service in a professional manner. We are not liable for the manufacturer's defects, shipping or customs delays, or indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the assignment in question. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, pandemic, natural disaster, strike or government action. Ongoing assignments (e.g. Growth) may be terminated with one month's notice. Work performed is invoiced.

We treat your product ideas and business information as confidential and can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you and suppliers on request. Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
